1. About Our Sessions

Airdrie Kids Craft offers hands-on model building workshops for ages 8-85, held at Inspire (Airdrie Public Library). Sessions are guided, structured, and include all materials and tools needed - participants simply need to bring their enthusiasm.

2. Booking

• All sessions are currently booked through a request-to-book process via our website.

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a spot - all requests are confirmed directly by Airdrie Kids Craft via email or phone.

• Spots are limited per session to ensure quality instruction and a comfortable group size.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to join a session already in progress, depending on availability of instruction time.

3. Payment

• Payment is currently arranged directly with Airdrie Kids Craft following booking confirmation (e.g. via e-transfer).

• Pricing for each session type is listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

• Payment is due prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We understand plans change! Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund.

• Airdrie Kids Craft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or alternate session.

5. Age Requirements & Skill Levels

• Our sessions are designed for participants aged 8 and up. Children under 8 are welcome to attend Family Workshops accompanied by a participating adult.

• Each session is grouped by experience level (First Builders, Makers Lab, Build Together, Classic Crafters) to ensure age-appropriate and skill-appropriate instruction. Please select the session type that best matches your or your child's experience.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct

• Our sessions involve the use of small parts, basic tools, and craft materials. While designed to be safe for all participants, adult supervision is recommended for younger children outside of guided instruction time.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special considerations prior to the session.

• We ask all participants to treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect. Airdrie Kids Craft reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session, without refund, in cases of disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

• Airdrie Kids Craft is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a session, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Photography & Media

• From time to time, we may take photos or videos during sessions for use on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

• If you do not wish for yourself or your child to be photographed, please let us know in advance and we will respect this request.

8. Personal Information & Privacy

• Information collected during the booking process (such as name, email, and child's age) is used solely to manage your booking and communicate with you about Airdrie Kids Craft sessions.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

• You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

Airdrie Kids Craft may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services or policies. The most current version will always be available on this page.
